Greenhouse International Development Group Ghana Limited was established and incorporated in Ghana in 2011 with a business scope ranging from road & bridge construction, real estate development, water and electrical works, steel prefabrication, fish farming, quarry operation, and industrial park development.
The company’s head office is situated at Tema, Ghana’s harbour city, covering a land area of 15,000-meter square with a very unique and convenient transportation advantage of 7 kilometers from Tema Harbour and 24 kilometers from Accra International Airport. To enable deeper expansion of our business and development foundation, the company has attached more efforts and attention to orientation, training and appointment of talents and has designated more funds for the improvement of technical staffs in various aspects. Over the years, the company has formed and built a versatile but experienced team with strong professionalism from intermediate to expert level.
Since taking root in Ghana, the company has been thriving in contract performance, talent retention, and portfolio management of or corporate qualifications. The company now holds A1B1 certificate for roads & bridges works, D1K1 certificate for electrical and plumbing works, and many others which boosts a very favorable competitive edge in the construction and business sector. Years of development have made us boast with more than 400 numbers of construction vehicles, machinery, equipment and plants, which enables the company to undertake major types of construction jobs.
The company has a superb leadership and management team with powerful executives influencing high efficiency. Exploring in Ghana over the past years have enabled our team to effectively adapt to the features of the local environment and economy for market development, this has further laid a more solid foundation for the company to progress to a better stage.
We have undertaken quite a number of construction jobs in Ghana and gained a good reputation in the industry for project works completed, most of these attracted many visits or inspections by the former and current presidents of Ghana, government officials and other political appointees who accorded us high recognition and positive feedbacks.
